Return Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. This policy outlines the guidelines for returning items purchased.

Return Window

  • Incorrect Items: You have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Damaged Items: You have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • All Other Reasons: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

What Can Be Returned?

You can return most new, unused, and unopened items sold. Products must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Reasons

  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, we will gladly accept a return for a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs. Please contact us immediately at mhonlineukshopify@outlook.com to initiate the return process.
  • Damaged Items: If the item you received is damaged, we will gladly accept a return for a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs. Please contact us immediately at mhonlineukshopify@outlook.com to initiate the return process.
  • Changed Mind: If you decide you don't want the item or purchased the wrong model, you can still return it. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact us at mhonlineukshopify@outlook.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include your order number and reason for return in your email.
  2. Pack Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) you are returning in the original packaging, if possible.
  3. Ship Your Return: Ship the package to the address provided in your RMA email. Be sure to include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Track Your Return: We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

Refunds

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm that we have received your returned item.


    • We will then process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please note that shipping costs for returns due to changed mind will not be refunded.
