Order Processing and Shipping
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt.
- Shipping Times: Orders will be shipped within 2 working days from the date of purchase.
- Shipping Carriers: We use Royal Mail for all deliveries.

Return Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. This policy outlines the guidelines for returning items purchased.
Return Window
- Incorrect Items: You have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Damaged Items: You have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- All Other Reasons: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
What Can Be Returned?
You can return most new, unused, and unopened items sold. Products must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Return Reasons
- Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, we will gladly accept a return for a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs. Please contact us immediately at mhonlineukshopify@outlook.com to initiate the return process.
- Damaged Items: If the item you received is damaged, we will gladly accept a return for a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs. Please contact us immediately at mhonlineukshopify@outlook.com to initiate the return process.
- Changed Mind: If you decide you don't want the item or purchased the wrong model, you can still return it. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact us at mhonlineukshopify@outlook.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include your order number and reason for return in your email.
- Pack Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) you are returning in the original packaging, if possible.
- Ship Your Return: Ship the package to the address provided in your RMA email. Be sure to include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Track Your Return: We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm that we have received your returned item.
- We will then process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please note that shipping costs for returns due to changed mind will not be refunded.
